492cc air-cooled, four stroke, single cylinder engine powers Blast with 34 horsepower and a broad power band for a quick start and rapid acceleration, and a mass flow on the highway. The muffler is under the engine allows a low center of gravity and ensures that exhaust gases from the foot of the driver and front passenger.
Only weighs 360 pounds dry and secure control with reduced effort and reach, Blast is easy handling for most riders. Showa gas-charged shock absorbers and 37 mm Showa forks feature progressive rate springs that provide a controlled and comfortable ride. Automatic choke and low-effort brake is also designed to Blast easier to use. It can also be equipped with optional low profile seat that reduces seat height of only 25.5 inches, so that almost any rider can reach the ground to balance stop.
